These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://inolyo.com (the “Site”). By browsing or using the Site, you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order through the Site.

4. Purchases

Every order placed through the Site is governed by our Terms of Sale, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our products are general wellness and support accessories. They are not medical devices, they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they do not replace medical advice, treatment, physical therapy or surgery. Content on the Site, including articles, guides and customer reviews, is informational only and is not medical advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, an injury, or persistent pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary.

6. Customer reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials published on the Site reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. They are not a promise of results and your own experience may differ.

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos and the Inolyo name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their policies. Review their own terms before using them.

11. Availability

We do everything we reasonably can to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, limit or interrupt access at any time, in particular for maintenance or updates, without liability for the consequences.

12. Warranty disclaimer

Except for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee we expressly offer, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
