1. Who we are

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern every order placed on https://inolyo.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site when you place your order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to order from us.

4. Products

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Minor differences in color or appearance between a photograph and the item delivered do not constitute a defect.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our products are general wellness and support accessories. They are not medical devices, they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they do not replace medical advice, treatment, physical therapy or surgery. If you have a diagnosed condition, an injury, or persistent pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary.

6. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is displayed separately before you confirm payment. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when your order is placed. Duties and import taxes may be due on entry into the country and are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

7. Orders

Your order is placed when you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where the item is unavailable, where the price was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

8. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is authorized. We never store your full card details.

9. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your order ships within thirty (30) days of purchase at the latest. If we cannot meet that, we email you and you may either agree to wait or cancel your order for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; a package lost or damaged in transit is our responsibility and we replace it or refund you.

10. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The full procedure, including who pays return shipping, is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Warranty disclaimer

Except for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee we expressly offer, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos and the Inolyo name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or resell its content.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
