You have 60 days from delivery to send your order back and get a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to every order, including items bought on sale.

If the product is not right for you, for any reason at all, you can request a full refund within sixty (60) days of receiving it.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@inolyo.fr with your order number and what you want (refund or exchange).

2. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and shipping instructions. Wait for those instructions before sending anything back: a package shipped to the wrong address can be lost and will delay your refund.

3. Ship the product back, ideally with a tracked service, and keep your proof of shipment. Return shipping is at your expense, except where the product is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake (see below).

Refunds

We email you as soon as your return arrives. The refund is issued to your original payment method, no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned product or your proof of shipment, and usually within a few business days.

How quickly it appears on your statement then depends on your bank. If you see nothing after that, contact your bank first, then email contact@inolyo.fr and we will check immediately.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

Check your order on arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email contact@inolyo.fr right away, with photos if possible.

In that case we replace it or refund you, and every cost including return shipping is on us. You pay nothing.

Order not shipped on time

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we email you. You can then choose to wait, or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, email contact@inolyo.fr and we arrange it with you. If you want the new item faster, you can also place a new order right away and request a refund on the first one using the steps above.
